A diastereoselective version for the synthesis of chiral pyrrolidine and piperidine ring containing compounds was also developed. 利用由本项目拓展的方法，我们成功全合成了生物碱石蒜碱及单萜化合物紫牡丹内酯，合成了蛙皮毒素的重要合成中间体。
